The cabin centres on a 15-inch curved OLED touchscreen with Google Gemini built-in, plus an 11.4-inch driver display. Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are available. Three-zone climate control is fitted, along with a heat pump and air purifier. Driver aids include Pilot Assist with adaptive cruise, lane keeping aid, BLIS blind-spot warning, collision avoidance with automatic emergency braking, park assist sensors and a reversing camera (360-degree with 3D view on higher grades).

Standard suspension uses coils. active dampers or air suspension appear on higher grades or the Cross Country variant. The car suits everyday family and light work use with its practical load space and towing ability, but heavy-duty cooling is not listed.
The cabin feels spacious and quiet with generous headroom and legroom even under the fixed panoramic roof. Ergonomic front seats are power-adjustable with lumbar support and heating as standard, while outer rear seats are also heated. Three-zone climate control, a heat pump and air purifier keep conditions comfortable. Higher grades add front seat ventilation and an electrochromic roof that switches between clear and opaque.

The EX60 runs fully electric on an 800 V system. Official WLTP combined consumption sits between 14.9 and 16.2 kWh/100 km across the three powertrains. Maximum range reaches 810 km on the largest battery. DC fast charging takes the battery from 10 to 80 percent in 16 to 19 minutes.
Factory service is scheduled every 25 000 miles or two years, whichever comes first. The first service is covered under complimentary maintenance programmes in several markets. Cabin filters are replaced at each interval.
Safety equipment is extensive from the base grade. Multi-adaptive front seatbelts adjust restraint force to occupant size and crash severity. Pilot Assist, blind-spot information with steer assist, cross-traffic alert with auto brake, run-off-road mitigation and a full set of airbags including inflatable curtains are standard. No independent crash-test score has been released.
Daily living is helped by a hands-free power tailgate, 523-litre boot that expands to 1 647 litres, a frunk and under-floor storage. The cabin stays refined and quiet on the road. Vehicle warranty is three years. battery cover runs longer.
