The Empowered X 55 has a 12.3-inch Harman touchscreen with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, plus a digital driver display. Automatic climate control includes rear vents and an air purifier. Cruise control is standard, upgraded to adaptive with stop-and-go via Level 2 ADAS. Front and rear parking sensors pair with a rear camera and 360-degree surround view. ADAS adds automatic emergency braking for vehicles, pedestrians, cyclists and junctions, radar and camera blind-spot detection with warnings, plus lane keep assist and departure warning.

The car runs fully electric on a 55 kWh pack. ARAI-certified range is 502 km. DC fast charge takes the battery from 10 to 80 percent in 40 minutes on a 70 kW charger. Home AC wall-box charge from 10 to 100 percent needs about 7.6 hours at 7.2 kW. A portable 15 A cable is supplied for any standard socket.
Periodic service is due every 7,500 km or at the matching month interval, whichever comes first. Free services cover the first year points. Thereafter visits are paid and focus on multi-point checks, brake fluid, coolant for the high-voltage loop, software updates and the 12 V battery. No engine oil or filter changes are required.
Bharat NCAP awards five stars with 30.81 out of 32 for adult protection and 44.83 out of 49 for child protection. Standard kit includes six airbags, ESP with i-VBAC, all-wheel disc brakes, electronic parking brake with auto-hold, hill-hold and hill-descent control, TPMS and acoustic vehicle alerting.
