The RD6 runs fully electric with no petrol or diesel. Battery packs of 73 kWh or 86 kWh deliver NEDC ranges from 424 km to 461 km. AC charging takes around 9-11 hours. DC fast charging reaches 30-80 percent in about 30-42 minutes.
Servicing is required every 20000 km or 12 months at authorised centres. The battery, motor and control unit carry an 8-year or 200000 km warranty. The whole vehicle is covered for 5 years or 150000 km.
Safety kit includes up to 6 airbags, electronic stability control, traction control, hill hold and descent, tyre pressure monitoring and ISOFIX. Higher grades add L2+ systems such as autonomous emergency braking, adaptive cruise, lane keeping, blind-spot detection and 360-degree camera with transparent chassis view.
