Boot volume stays at 270 litres with the roof up or down thanks to the pivoting hardtop design. Four fixing points help secure loads.

Towing is prohibited. Payload sits around 210 kg once kerb weight is subtracted from gross vehicle weight. No heavy-duty cooling or reinforced suspension packages appear in the equipment lists.

The two-seater cabin feels snug and sporty with enveloping seats that have extra lateral support and integrated headrests. Seats are height-adjustable. Fuel economy is modest for a lightweight two-seater. The 1.2-litre turbo returns a combined 6.3 l/100 km and 145 g/km CO2. The 1.6-litre naturally aspirated unit is thirstier at 6.9 l/100 km and 160 g/km CO2. Both are Euro 5 petrol engines paired with a five-speed manual gearbox. Tank capacity is 40 litres.

Routine servicing is straightforward. Oil and filter changes fall every 20 000 km or two years on the turbo and every 30 000 km or two years on the 1.6. The cambelt is due at 120 000 km or six years. Extended service contracts were offered covering up to 120 000 km.

Safety equipment is comprehensive for the class. ABS with electronic brake-force distribution, emergency brake assist and ESC with understeer control are standard. Four airbags (front plus head/thorax side) protect occupants, backed by pretensioners and load limiters. A fixed roll hoop and strengthened windscreen surround give rollover protection. No official Euro NCAP star rating was published.

Keeping the car is simple thanks to its light weight and shared Twingo/Clio underpinnings. The unique rotating hardtop keeps boot space fixed at 270 litres whether open or closed. Regular checks of the roof mechanism, ball joints and coil springs help maintain reliability on this low-volume model.
