Boot holds 305 litres VDA with seats up, rising to 360 litres when rear seats slide forward. Folding the seats gives 966 litres VDA. A 50-litre underfloor space stores the cable and stays reachable. The front passenger seatback folds for longer loads up to 2 metres.
Towing capacity is zero for both braked and unbraked trailers. Payload reaches 275-320 kg depending on equipment. The car suits light urban duties with its modular seats but has no heavy-duty cooling or reinforced suspension listed.
The cabin feels cheerful and playful with a body-coloured cylindrical dashboard, Twingo alphabet embossed headliner and colourful accents matching the exterior. Hard plastics dominate but textures and shapes keep it from feeling basic. Physical climate dials and a My Safety Switch button add easy ergonomics. Front seats adjust manually (6-way driver, 4-way passenger) and feel supportive for city use. Independently sliding and reclining rear seats create flexible space for adults or luggage. Heated front seats are optional on techno. The overall vibe is bright, fun and practical without luxury extras.

The Twingo E-Tech runs purely on electricity from its 27.5 kWh LFP battery. Official WLTP range reaches 262-263 km with consumption from 12.2 kWh/100 km. Standard onboard charger is 6.6 kW AC. the Advanced Charge option raises it to 11 kW AC bidirectional plus 50 kW DC. Domestic socket charge (15-80%) takes around 9 hours. 11 kW AC drops it under 2 hours.
As a full EV it needs less routine work than a combustion car. Renault recommends an annual network check covering over 86 points. Brake fluid changes every 3 years, coolant every 6 years and the 12 V battery every 4 years. Connected maintenance via the My Renault app alerts you ahead of due dates and lets you book online. Service packs (Small/Medium/Large) and warranty extensions are available to fix costs.
Safety equipment is strong for a city car. Every version gets six airbags (adaptive front), automatic emergency braking that covers pedestrians, cyclists and intersections, lane-keeping assist, speed-limit recognition with alert, driver fatigue/distraction monitoring via cabin camera, ESC, ABS, hill-start assist, tyre-pressure monitoring, pedestrian warning sound and eCall. Techno adds adaptive cruise control with stop-and-go. A Safety & Parking pack brings blind-spot warning, rear cross-traffic alert, exit warning and hands-free parking. No Euro NCAP rating has been published yet for this generation.
Living with the car is straightforward. The light 1 200 kg kerb weight and 9.9 m turning circle suit tight cities. Sliding rear seats and a folding passenger backrest give real modularity. Battery preconditioning and the app help cold-weather range and charging. Fireman Access and QRescue codes aid emergency services. Keep to the service schedule to protect the warranties and residual value.
