This is a pure electric MPV with a 75 kWh battery as the main option. Official range sits around 213-219 miles depending on length and conditions. It has an 11 kW on-board charger as standard and supports DC rapid charging. Pre-conditioning while plugged in helps preserve range in cold weather. Running costs stay low if you charge at home on cheap rates.
Servicing is straightforward and infrequent for an EV. The first inspection comes at one year or 12,500 miles, then every two years or 25,000 miles. No oil changes or exhaust work means fewer visits and lower bills than a diesel equivalent. Service plans are available to lock in costs.
Safety kit covers the basics well across the range: advanced emergency braking with forward collision alert, lane keeping assist, driver attention monitoring with camera, intelligent speed assistance, tyre pressure monitoring and hill start assist. Airbags include front, side and thorax for the front pair. rear curtain airbags arrive from Active. The platform earned five Euro NCAP stars in 2015 as a petrol/diesel model. Higher trims add blind-spot monitoring and better cameras.
The car comes with a three-year manufacturer warranty. The traction battery has separate eight-year/100,000-mile cover to 70% capacity. Peugeot Care can extend overall protection to eight years or 100,000 miles if you service within the network. Corrosion cover lasts 12 years. It is easy to live with day to day thanks to the long service gaps and quiet electric running.
