Peugeot e-408 2024– car dimensions: 4687 mm long, 1848 mm wide and 1478 mm high. Unladen weight is 1,804 kg. Boot space with the seats up is 471 litres.

The Allure cabin has a 10-inch touchscreen and matching digital cluster in the i-Cockpit layout, with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay as standard. Dual-zone automatic climate control keeps temperatures steady for driver and passenger. Adaptive cruise control with Stop & Go is fitted, along with lane keep assist and advanced emergency braking that covers pedestrians and cyclists. Rear parking sensors and an HD reversing camera help with tight spots, while blind spot warning appears only on higher grades.

Boot space measures 471 litres with seats up and expands to 1545 litres when the 60/40 rear bench folds flat. The load area is square and accessible, though the sloping roof limits stack height, and there is no underfloor space for cables.

The e-408 cannot tow, with braked and unbraked capacities both at zero and no tow hitch available. Payload sits at 446 kg, enough for passengers and everyday loads but not heavy work. No heavy-duty cooling or reinforced suspension is listed, so the car suits light family or commuting use rather than commercial duties.

The cabin uses the i-Cockpit with a compact wheel and dual 10-inch screens for a focused drive. Allure brings dual-zone climate, heated front seats and a heated steering wheel as standard. Dynamic front seats with lumbar support feel supportive on longer trips. Rear space is generous with good knee room. An acoustic windscreen helps keep noise down. Optional panoramic roof is available on higher packs.
