Diesel models return combined WLTP figures in the mid-5 to low-6 litre range per 100 km depending on power output and gearbox. The electric version uses a 50-52 kWh battery with WLTP range around 200 miles and energy use near 18-24 kWh/100 km. AdBlue top-ups are needed between services on diesels.
Service intervals stay long for both powertrains. Diesels need attention every year or 20,000 miles. Electrics start with a check at one year or 12,500 miles then move to every two years or 25,000 miles. Fixed-price plans and extended warranties are available through the dealer network.
Crash protection earned four Euro NCAP stars when the generation was tested. Standard kit covers six airbags, electronic stability control, automatic emergency braking, lane-keep assist, speed-limit recognition and tyre-pressure monitoring. Higher packs add blind-spot warning and a 180-degree camera.
Day-to-day ownership stays simple thanks to the long service gaps and strong standard safety net. The van-derived structure handles family loads well and the electric battery carries an eight-year warranty. Regular dealer checks keep everything running without surprise costs.
