The Visia cabin is basic with a simple radio, two speakers, Bluetooth and USB. No touchscreen or smartphone mirroring comes as standard. There is no air conditioning. A speed limiter is fitted but full cruise control is not. Automatic emergency braking is standard. The Visia 1.0 petrol returns a published combined figure of 4.6 L/100 km under the test cycle of the day. Higher grades and the diesel variants post different numbers, but the base engine keeps official use modest for urban and mixed driving.
Servicing follows a simple annual or 12,500-mile cycle. Minor and major services alternate in the early years. Engines are chain-driven so there is no cambelt change to plan for.
Crash tests gave 4 stars on standard kit and 5 stars once the optional Safety Pack is fitted. Every Visia already includes six airbags, Intelligent Emergency Braking, ESP, ABS with EBD and brake assist, tyre-pressure monitoring and hill-start assist. The pack adds pedestrian detection, lane intervention and high-beam assist.
