The cabin has a standard 15.6-inch AMOLED touchscreen, 10.2-inch digital instrument cluster and 18.8-inch HUD. Dual-zone automatic climate control with heat pump is standard. Driver aids include standard intelligent adaptive cruise, AEB, blind spot detection, lane keep assist, 12 ultrasonic parking sensors and 360-degree panoramic camera with transparent chassis view. No Android Auto or Apple CarPlay support.
Boot space is 529 litres with seats up, rising to 609 litres including the hidden underfloor compartment, and 1687 litres with the 40/20/40 rear seats folded. The flat load floor and power tailgate make loading easy for family or outdoor gear.
Maximum braked towing capacity is 1400 kg with the optional factory hidden electric tow bar. Gross vehicle weight is 2730 kg and curb weight around 2245 kg for a payload of about 485 kg.
Roof rails support 75 kg. CDC dampers and five-link suspension are standard, with a trailer driving mode available. Suitable for light towing and outdoor loads but no heavy-duty cooling or reinforced suspension noted.
Front seats use an 11-layer structure with high-resilience foam and NIO AIR composite for a soft initial feel and lasting support. They offer 14-way power adjustment including lumbar and cushion extension, plus heating, ventilation and five massage modes. Rear cushions are extended with heated seats and softer tilted headrests. A large panoramic glass roof with double-layer silver coating blocks nearly all UV and most infrared. Front side windows use double-layer glass with IR interlayer for quieter cabin and heat rejection. Intelligent fragrance and negative-ion purification come standard.

The ET5T is a pure electric wagon. Official CLTC figures list 14.7 kWh per 100 km and 710 km range on the standard 100 kWh pack. A 75 kWh pack and 150 kWh upgrade are also available. Battery swap stations let you exchange packs in minutes while 180 kW DC charging reaches 80 percent in roughly 36 minutes.
Servicing follows a dual time-or-mileage schedule. The first visit is free within 10 000 km or 12 months and covers basic checks plus software. Later intervals are every 20 000 km or 12 months and focus on three-electric health, chassis, brakes and filters. Use only official centers to keep warranties valid. Lifetime roadside rescue applies for first owners.
Crash safety carries a Euro NCAP five-star rating from 2023 that remains the highest overall score of that year, with 96 percent adult protection. The structure uses die-cast aluminum and high-strength steel. Standard equipment covers seven airbags including a front center bag, direct tire-pressure monitoring with blow-out control, rear-collision mitigation and full Aquila sensing with LiDAR for active aids.
Daily ownership centers on the battery ecosystem. Keep the pack between recommended charge levels, avoid constant high-power DC sessions and use the swap network for convenience. CDC suspension and 4D comfort navigation smooth rough roads. Official centers handle all three-electric and ADAS calibration work.
