The cabin seats two in tandem with gullwing doors for easy access in tight spots. It comes with a driver airbag, heated windscreen, keyless entry, USB-C port and phone holder as standard. Higher grades add a Bluetooth kit and heated driver seat. Air conditioning and rear parking sensors are optional. Audio and navigation run through your smartphone via Bluetooth and the MyDuo app on the Boombox dashboard. The washable seats and drain plug make it easy to clean.

The Duo runs fully electric on a 10.3 kWh NMC battery module shared with larger Renault models. Official range reaches 161 km on the WMTC cycle used for quadricycles. Domestic charging recovers useful range in about an hour. a full 10-95 % charge takes roughly 5 h 30 on a standard socket or 4 h 50 on Type 2 at 2 kW. Energy recovery on lift-off helps everyday efficiency.
Servicing is handled through the Renault dealer network. The recommended interval is once a year or every 30 000 km, whichever comes first. The design uses far fewer parts than a normal car, with interchangeable bumpers and panels, which keeps repair costs and stock simpler. Standard warranties cover the vehicle for two years with unlimited mileage and the traction battery for eight years or 80 000 km with a 75 % capacity guarantee.
Safety equipment exceeds the usual level for quadricycles. A driver airbag is standard on every version, seatbelts carry force limiters, and all four wheels have disc brakes. The steel tubular structure includes crumple zones. Fireman Access, a Renault Group feature, helps emergency crews. No official Euro NCAP star rating appears because crash tests are not required for this vehicle class.
Daily ownership is supported by the MyDuo app for remote lock, locate and digital key sharing (up to six users). The interior can be hosed out thanks to a floor drain. Body panels use recycled materials and a grained finish that hides minor scrapes. Overall the car is built for low-cost urban use with straightforward dealer support.
