The Windsor EV runs on a 38 kWh LFP prismatic-cell pack that delivers a claimed 331-332 km MIDC range. A larger 52.9 kWh pack on the Pro grade extends that to 449 km. AC charging takes roughly 6.5 hours on a 7.4 kW wallbox or 13-14 hours on 3.3 kW. A 50 kW DC charger reaches 80 percent in about 40-55 minutes. Battery heating and liquid cooling are fitted to maintain performance in extreme temperatures.

Scheduled servicing is every 10,000 km or once a year. The first three services include free labour. Optional e-Shield packages cover scheduled maintenance and wear items for up to five years or 75,000 km. Roadside assistance is standard for three years and can be extended. EVs need fewer fluid changes than petrol cars, so running costs stay low after the initial battery lease or purchase.

Safety kit starts with six airbags, all-disc brakes, electronic stability programme, hill-start assist, hill-descent control, emergency stop signal, ISOFIX anchors and seat-belt reminders on every grade. Higher trims add a 360-degree camera, direct TPMS and rain-sensing wipers. The top Pro grade brings Level-2 ADAS with adaptive cruise, lane-keep assist, automatic emergency braking and forward-collision warning. The car has not been rated by Bharat NCAP or Global NCAP.

Ownership extras include a lifetime battery warranty for the first registered owner, an assured 60 percent buy-back after three years or 45,000 km, and one year of free public charging via the MG app. Battery-as-a-Service lets buyers lower the upfront price and pay per kilometre. High-voltage components carry long warranties, making long-term care straightforward for private owners.
