As a pure EV the MG4 EV Urban uses efficient LFP batteries in 42.8 kWh or 53.9 kWh sizes. Real-world range depends on conditions but the heat pump helps preserve it in cold weather. DC fast charging reaches 10-80 percent in around 30 minutes.
Servicing follows a 1-year or 15,000-mile interval. The manufacturer warranty covers 7 years or 80,000 miles and includes the battery.
Safety starts with a 5-star Euro NCAP result. The structure uses high-strength steel and every model has seven airbags.
