The cabin pairs a 7-inch digital driver display with a 10.25-inch colour touchscreen that supports wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto as standard. Automatic climate control keeps the interior comfortable. MG Pilot brings adaptive cruise control, automatic emergency braking with pedestrian and cyclist detection, and lane keep assist with departure warning on every model. The cabin is roomy enough for five adults with decent rear leg and headroom plus a usable boot. Front seats use fabric or leather-style trim with Alcantara on top grades. The MG4 runs purely on electricity. Battery packs support WLTP combined ranges that stretch further on larger options, with DC rapid charging able to take the pack from 10 to 80 percent in around half an hour on many versions.
Servicing falls due every year or 15,000 miles. As an EV there are no oil or spark-plug changes, just cabin-filter swaps, brake-fluid checks and high-voltage system inspections.
