The cabin seats five with dual-zone THERMATIC climate control as standard and four-zone THERMOTRONIC available on higher grades. A 12.8-inch central touchscreen and 12.3-inch driver display form the core of the MBUX system, with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto standard. Driver aids include standard Active Brake Assist for automatic emergency braking, Blind Spot Assist, Active Lane Keeping Assist, cruise control with SPEEDTRONIC limiter, PARKTRONIC parking sensors and a reversing camera. The EQE 350+ is rated to tow 750 kg braked or unbraked. An optional towing package with folding towbar is available but does not raise the braked limit on the rear-drive model. Payload is listed at 505 kg on some specification sheets.
Comfort suspension is standard. AIRMATIC air suspension is optional on higher grades. The vehicle is not positioned for heavy work use.
The cabin is spacious for five with a flat floor, supportive multi-way power front seats that heat as standard, and a standard panoramic roof that opens the space. High-quality materials, ambient lighting and quiet running make it calm. Optional multi-contour seats add adjustable bolsters and massage. climatised fronts, heated rears, fragrance and acoustic glass packages raise comfort further for long drives.

Pre-entry climate control works while plugged in so cabin comfort does not drain the battery. DC fast charging reaches 10-80% in roughly 32 minutes at suitable stations. AC onboard is 22 kW.
Servicing follows the ASSYST Plus display rather than fixed dates. Typical intervals start at Service A around every 10,000 miles with fluid checks, inspections and wiper blades. Service B adds cabin filter and brake fluid. As an EV there is no engine oil change. No free scheduled maintenance is listed in several markets.

Standard safety includes dual front, side, curtain, knee and centre airbags plus PRE-SAFE systems that tighten belts and can raise the body or move occupants sideways before impact. Active Brake Assist, lane keeping, blind-spot monitoring, driver attention assist and surround cameras come as standard. fuller driver-assist packages add adaptive cruise and more.
Keeping the car means watching the ASSYST display, charging as needed and using dealer service for high-voltage items. Battery coverage extends well beyond the basic four-year/50,000-mile warranty. Soft-close doors, air suspension and rear-axle steering are options that affect daily ease.
