The EQA 250 is fully electric so there is no fuel. It uses a 66.5 kWh lithium-ion battery with AC charging up to 11 kW and DC fast charging up to 100 kW. Official INMETRO range is up to 321 km with class A efficiency.
Three years of preventive maintenance come included along with a three-year factory warranty. Service is required every 10,000 km or once a year, whichever comes first. The high-voltage battery has its own eight-year or 160,000 km warranty covering residual capacity.
It carries a five-star Euro NCAP rating from tests applied to this generation. Standard safety equipment includes the full Driving Assistance Package with Active Distance Assist DISTRONIC, Active Steering Assist, Active Lane Keeping Assist, Active Blind Spot Assist, Active Brake Assist and PRE-SAFE.
