The cabin has a 14-inch central touchscreen and 10.25-inch driver display as standard, with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. THERMATIC automatic climate control and heated front seats with lumbar support are fitted. The CLA 250+ runs solely on electricity from its 85 kWh usable NMC battery. Official WLTP range reaches 484 miles in Sport Edition form with the aero wheels. It supports 11 kW AC charging and up to 320 kW DC on 800 V chargers, adding substantial range in short stops. A heat pump is standard to help efficiency in cooler weather.
Servicing is due every 12 months or 15,500 miles. A three-year service plan is available from the maker. The high-voltage battery carries its own eight-year or 100,000-mile warranty guaranteeing at least 70% capacity.
Euro NCAP gave the CLA five stars in 2025 testing and ranked it Best Performer overall that year. Adult protection scored 94%, child 89%, vulnerable road users 93% and safety assist 85%.
