The cabin has three 12.3-inch screens as standard across packs, with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Automatic climate control is standard (single-zone on Pack One, dual-zone from Pack Two) with rear vents. Cruise control is standard. adaptive cruise arrives from Pack Two with Level 2 ADAS. Rear parking sensors and reversing camera are standard. front sensors from Pack Two. Automatic emergency braking and lane keep assist are part of the Level 2 ADAS suite from Pack Two. Blind spot warning/monitor comes from Pack Three Select along with 360-degree camera. Higher packs add ventilated front seats, Harman Kardon audio, panoramic roof and more advanced ADAS with extra radars.

The cabin feels spacious and lounge-like with well-padded front seats offering good thigh support and lumbar adjustment, plus reclining rear seats with centre armrest and cupholders. Triple 12.3-inch screens dominate the dash while dual-zone climate control and rear vents keep everyone cool. Higher packs add a fixed panoramic glass roof that opens up the space and acoustic laminated door glass for a quiet ride even at speed.

The XEV 9e runs purely on electricity with two battery choices. The smaller pack delivers solid daily range while the larger one stretches further on the MIDC cycle. DC charging tops up quickly so longer trips stay practical.
Servicing is straightforward at authorised centres every 10 000 km. The first three services come with free labour. The high-voltage battery carries a lifetime warranty for the original private owner, dropping to 10 years or 200 000 km on ownership change.
Safety starts with a full 5-star Bharat NCAP result. Base packs carry six airbags while higher ones add a driver knee airbag for seven. Level 2 ADAS arrives from Pack Two and expands to Level 2+ with five radars on the top pack, covering adaptive cruise, lane keep, automatic emergency braking and more.
Living with the car means relying on the connected app for remote checks and pre-conditioning. Regular authorised servicing keeps the warranty intact and the adaptive suspension or passive dampers working as intended.
