The cabin has a 14-inch central touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Baidu CarLife. Three-zone automatic climate control includes a heat pump, PM2.5 filter and nanoe X ioniser. The 2.5-litre PHEV system returns a WLTC combined figure of 1.84 L/100 km and a charge-sustaining figure of 5.89 L/100 km. CLTC pure-electric range is 83 km from the 18.1 kWh ternary-lithium pack. Slow AC charging takes roughly five hours. The car runs on 95-octane fuel.
Lexus covers the whole car with six years or 150 000 km of free warranty and free scheduled maintenance. The battery, drive motors and controllers carry an additional eight-year or 200 000 km warranty.
Standard safety kit includes ten SRS airbags and the full LSS+ 3.0 suite: pre-collision with emergency steering assist, full-speed dynamic radar cruise, lane-trace assist, lane-departure alert and road-sign assist. The generation scored five stars in Euro NCAP testing.
