The cabin is functional and built for hard use, with water-resistant materials, heavy-duty flooring that has drain valves, and Recaro seats. A 12.3-inch central touchscreen handles speed, navigation and media, with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto standard plus a rotary controller and big physical buttons and dials that work with gloves. Climate is automatic single-zone with second-row vents on five-seaters. Cruise control is standard but not adaptive. Rear parking sensors and a reversing camera are widely fitted or standard in many specs, with front sensors on higher packs or editions. Driver aids include automatic emergency braking, lane departure warning and drowsiness detection as standard in markets that require them, though these are absent in some regions like Australia. blind-spot warning is not offered.
Station Wagon models give around 1152 litres behind the rear seats, rising to 2035 litres with the 60/40 split rear bench folded. Utility versions offer a bit more with seats up. The 30/70 split rear doors and multiple tie-down points make loading straightforward, and the hard floor can be hosed out.
Braked towing is rated at 3500 kg across the range, with unbraked at 750 kg. Payload varies by body style, engine and options, typically falling between roughly 700 kg and 870 kg. Heavy-duty coil suspension on solid beam axles is standard, supporting work and adventure use with permanent four-wheel drive, a two-speed transfer case and centre diff lock.
