Honda Jazz 2020–2023 car dimensions: 4090 mm long, 1725 mm wide and 1556 mm high. Unladen weight is 1,253 kg. Boot space with the seats up is 298 litres.
The Crosstar Executive has a 9-inch Honda CONNECT touchscreen with Android Auto and wireless Apple CarPlay as standard. Automatic climate control is fitted. Honda Sensing brings adaptive cruise control with low-speed follow, collision mitigation braking, lane keeping assist and traffic sign recognition across the range. Front and rear parking sensors plus a reversing camera with guidelines are standard. Blind spot information with cross traffic monitor is not offered on the Crosstar.
Boot space is 298 litres with seats up. Fold the Magic Seats flat and capacity rises to 1199 litres to the roof. The seats also flip up for tall items. Roof rails are standard.
Payload is around 385 kg. Official towing capacity is not listed for this generation in most European markets. A raised ride height and water-repellent seats suit light outdoor use, with standard roof rails for extra loads.
The cabin feels light and open thanks to the panoramic windscreen, ultra-thin A-pillars and hidden wipers that flood the space with natural light and give wide forward views. Front seats use anti-fatigue design for limousine-like support on longer trips and come heated as standard, while Crosstar adds water-repellent fabric upholstery. Magic Seats flip and fold for versatile load space, automatic climate control keeps things steady, and soft-touch materials with a clear 7-inch driver display plus 9-inch touchscreen make daily use simple. Armrests and USB points front and rear add convenience without clutter.
Hybrid fuel use 4.8 l/100 km WLTP combined, CO2 110 g/km for Crosstar.

The e:HEV hybrid system delivers official combined fuel economy of 4.8 l/100 km and 110 g/km CO2 on the Crosstar under WLTP. Real-world figures stay close in mixed driving thanks to frequent EV mode in town and smooth transitions between electric, hybrid and engine drive.
Servicing follows a straightforward schedule of every 12 months or 20,000 km. Honda service plans are available to cover costs, and the hybrid needs the same basic oil and filter attention as a conventional car plus checks on the battery and electronics.
Safety is strong across the range. The 2020 Euro NCAP test gave five stars with solid scores in every category. Ten airbags including a front-centre unit protect occupants, and full Honda SENSING is standard: collision mitigation braking, adaptive cruise with low-speed follow, lane-keeping assist, road-departure mitigation, traffic-sign recognition and more. Blind-spot monitoring is not fitted on Crosstar Executive in European specs of this period.
Living with the car is low-effort. The hybrid needs no plug-in charging, Magic Seats make loading easy, and the raised Crosstar stance plus roof rails suit active use. Reliability has been strong for the Jazz line, with only minor software recalls noted. Keep to the service intervals and the car stays simple and cheap to run.
