The Elegance cabin has a 15.1-inch Honda CONNECT touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto plus a 10.2-inch digital driver display. The e:Ny1 runs purely on its 68.8 kWh lithium-ion battery. Official figures list combined energy use at 18.2 kWh/100 km and a WLTP range of up to 412 km. Home AC charging at 11 kW takes roughly six hours from 10 to 80 percent. A DC rapid charger reaches the same window in about 45 minutes at a peak of 78 kW.
Servicing follows the on-board maintenance minder. Typical items cover brake inspection, fluid levels, tyre condition, dust and pollen filter changes and an annual high-voltage battery health check. Some markets include a package of five services with the car. Transmission fluid and brake fluid have longer replacement intervals.
Honda SENSING is fitted as standard across the range. It uses a wide-angle front camera and sonar for collision mitigation braking, adaptive cruise control, lane keeping, road departure mitigation and traffic sign recognition. Blind-spot information appears on higher grades. The car also carries front, side and full-length curtain airbags plus stability control. No Euro NCAP star rating has been published for this model.
