Basic warranty 4 years/100,000 km. battery 8 years/160,000-200,000 km to 70% SOH.
Passed ECE-R17 crash test for fittings. built on passenger-car e-platform.
It runs fully electric on a 44.9 kWh LiFePO4 Blade battery with liquid thermal management. Combined WLTP range reaches 233 km and city range 275 km at about 21 kWh per 100 km. DC charging at 50 kW takes 0.5 hours from 20 to 100 percent SOC. AC at 6.6 kW needs 5.5 hours.
Service intervals start at 20,000 km or 12 months and were extended to 30,000 km or 24 months for all electric models including the ETP3 from 2022 onward. The e-platform design lowers maintenance needs with fewer fluids and regenerative braking that cuts brake wear. Basic vehicle warranty covers 4 years or 100,000 km. powertrain 5 years or 150,000 km. battery 8 years or 160,000-200,000 km retaining at least 70 percent capacity. Note that some later battery warranty extensions exclude the ETP3.
Standard safety includes hydraulic disc brakes with ABS and regenerative braking, ESP, traction control, driver and passenger airbags, front side airbags, tyre-pressure monitoring, rear parking sensors with camera, automatic headlights, e-call and seat-belt reminders. The vehicle uses the e-platform built to passenger-car standards for better rigidity and the Blade battery adds thermal safety. No full Euro NCAP rating appears for this van, though fittings passed an ECE-R17 crash test at 50 km/h.
Living with the van means low running costs from electric power and regenerative braking, aluminium cargo floor for durability, and payload of 780 kg in 3.5 m³ space. Keep software updated and follow the service schedule at authorised workshops using original parts to protect warranties. Network coverage varies by market but the simple electric drivetrain supports high uptime for urban deliveries.
